If your support ticket or email calls for further assistance from an admin, we’ll forward it and leave a note to notify you that your issue is being examined. If you order the Optional Managed Services package, all of the server management services included there will be carried out at a time that is convenient for you.

- We’ll be online for you round–the–clock to reply to any questions that you may have related to our Control Panel or any of the apps that we have pre–installed on your behalf on the dedicated web hosting server. In case you also require support handling server administration tasks, you can resort to our Optional Managed Services package, which includes data backup hard drive storage space, OS updates every week, server monitoring and restarting services, as well as installation and troubleshooting services.

Our Control Panel was installed by default for each Linux dedicated hosting server. Among its functionalities is a very time and effort–saving integrated knowledgebase that will guide you step by step on everything that you can do. Most how–to articles have video versions that show all the actions that you can perform in a highly illustrative manner. You will find the instructional articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each section of the Control Panel.
